Moon Tea || Menstruation & Menopause Support
If you're looking at this, I don't have to tell you that monthly hormone fluctuations (or lack thereof) can wreak havoc on our physical and mental well-being.
We can take OTC medications, but they only mask the root of the problem. These herbs have been traditionally used to soothe, calm, and balance our hollow organs, nervous system, and hormone levels.*
This loose herbal tea contains the following warming, soothing, organic herbs:
- Red raspberry leaf - used for ages for hollow organ toning & heavy flow regulation*
- Motherwort - traditionally used to soothe & strengthen the heart & nervous system*
- Oregon Red Clover - rich in nutrients & phytoestrogens*
- Dandelion leaf - long used to relieve water retention*
- Cramp bark - traditionally used to relax smooth muscle pain*
- Ginger - long used for managing pain & blood flow*
- Cinnamon - warms & softens internal cold & constriction*
This tea's flavor is warm and spicy, bright, and slightly bitter.
Steep 1 rounded tablespoon in a cup of just boiling water for 10 minutes.
Enjoy 1-3 cups per day beginning 3 days before you bleed, and throughout your cycle or during menopause/perimenopause as desired.
All you need is a tea ball/strainer, mug, and a jar to store it in if you desire.
"I just gotta say, I'm on day 1 of my cycle and I'm fully functioning so your tea is a miracle worker! I get the worst cramps and usually can't move away from my heating pad my first day so this is really awesome. Thank you so much! I had a small cup daily for like 3 days before I started bleeding and then I had a cup this morning and I haven't had to take any meds yet, which is unheard of for me!"

Please note: each body is different and everyone's hormone balance is different. While you can see your doctor if you'd like to learn your body's specific internal environment and needs, this blend is simply offering plants that have traditionally been used for ages to support general healthy menstruation.
Do not use if you are on hormonal birth control or are sensitive to estrogen.
Consult with a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medications.
Please check for allergies or sensitivity to ingredients or plants in the same family before use.

This tea has a great flavor that I quickly fell in love with. Mix in just a bit of honey and it hits the spot at the end of a long day.
