This loose herbal tea is made with:

Instructions

Steep 1 rounded tablespoon in a cup of just boiling water for 10 minutes.

For more potent effects, Cover 3 tbsp with boiling water in a quart jar and let steep overnight. Strain the next morning and drink the whole quart throughout the day.

Enjoy 1-3 cups per day

All you need is a tea ball/strainer, mug, and a jar to store it in if you desire.
