Refunds/Exchanges

Seller is not responsible for any items that are lost during shipping, including items removed from packaging after shipment but before delivery. We take every precaution to ensure your package is secure upon its departure from our studio and are not responsible for its transit. 

 

If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please indicate so prior to purchase so that the shipping cost can be adjusted. 

 

If you are unhappy with a product and we are unable to get it to work the way you need, you are welcome to return it for a refund. We ask that you please contact us if you have any concerns about the product or service before leaving any negative feedback. We have found that there is always a way to reach a satisfying conclusion via rational communication. 

 

Items must be returned within 7 business days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges will not be shipped until the returned item is received by the seller. Product MUST be returned to seller for a refund. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

 

Packages returned to seller will be held until buyer can be contacted for a forwarding address. Buyer is responsible for paying postage to a forwarding address via paypal payment to rexapothecary@gmail.com
