Shipping

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and typically ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.

If you order Tuesday or Friday morning it's possible your order could ship out same day. But if you order Friday evening your order likely won't go out until the following Tuesday.

Please allow up to 5 business days processing time before shipment. 

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed. 

We are not responsible for any items that are lost during shipping, including items removed from packaging after shipment but before delivery, or items that are stolen after delivery. We take every precaution to ensure your package is secure upon its departure from our studio and are not responsible for its transit. Once it leaves our hands we have no control over the timing of the delivery.

  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@spirit.haus as soon as possible. Please send photos so that we can provide them to the shipping provider as evidence.

Temperature

Due to the nature of our products, we can not be held responsible for items that may melt if left on a doorstep or mailbox in the heat. We ask that if you cannot be present to receive your order, that you make other arrangements with your post to pick it up from their temperature controlled facilities to ensure you get your product in the same condition as it left our studio.

 

Items containing coconut oil as an ingredient will be temperature sensitive. It turns liquid at 76F. If the temperature of your home is higher than this these products will be softer and you may need to store them in the refrigerator all or part of the year. If a product does, in fact, melt, it can be restored to full functionality by placing it in the refrigerator for approximately one hour.  

 

Refunds/Exchanges

If you are unhappy with a product and we are unable to get it to work the way you need, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs incurred. We ask that you please contact us if you have any concerns about the product or service before leaving any negative feedback. We have found that there is always a way to reach a satisfying conclusion via rational communication. 

 

Items must be returned within 5 business days of receipt to receive a refund of purchase price or exchange. Exchanges will not be shipped until the returned item is received by the seller. Product MUST be returned to seller for a refund. Buyer may be responsible for return shipping.

 

Packages returned to seller will be held until buyer can be contacted for a forwarding address. Buyer is responsible for paying postage to a forwarding address via Venmo payment to @spirithaus

 

 

Allergy/Sensitivity

ALWAYS test new products for sensitivity/allergy by putting a dab inside your wrist or under your chin and waiting at least 15 minutes. Review all ingredients very carefully to check for any known allergens or sensitivities. 

 

It is the buyers responsibility to notify the seller of ANY and ALL allergies or sensitivities prior to purchase. Special measures may need to be taken to prevent contamination with allergens since our facility is NOT allergen free. 

 

Use these natural products immediately. Store in the refrigerator to prolong shelf life which may be very short, depending on your environment and habits. Never use any product that appears to have spoiled. As a rule of thumb always store our products in a cool, dry, dark place.

 

These natural products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Please make your own informed decision on the ingredients in these products to determine if they are right for you. 

 

If you are pregnant, nursing, or on medications, always consult a doctor before use of herbs and herbal products.

 

If you are having trouble with your product we urge you to contact us before leaving any negative feedback. We would love nothing more than for you to be thrilled with your purchase, but in the rare case that you are not we would like to work with you to find a solution.
