Green Energy Blend || Vitamin & Mineral Herbal Infusion [fka Rebuild Tea]

This fresh, light, & green tea blend is chock full of readily absorbed vitamins, minerals, & antioxidants. A perfect compromise between taking commercial vitamin pills & trying to balance your entire diet, relying on a nourishing herbal tea takes out the guesswork by allowing nature to provide. All herbs are in their natural form, organic, ethically harvested, & naturally caffeine-free.

This loose herbal tea contains:

• Nettles - rich in minerals for bone health, iron, calcium, magnesium, silicon, potassium, manganese zinc, copper, & chromium.
• Alfalfa - saponins support healthy cholesterol, rich in chlorophyll, vitamins A, C, E, K, & minerals.
• Oatstraw - nervous system tonic rich in iron, manganese, & zinc
• Rose Hips - anti-inflammatory & packed full of vitamins C, E, B, & other antioxidants & minerals

Instructions

Steep 2-4 rounded tablespoons per cup of just boiling water for 30 minutes then strain.
