>If your hair doesn’t get much buildup, if you cleanse it frequently, and if don’t need the extra volume, you probably do not want to use this as a shampoo more than once a week. It is recommended to follow with an acidic conditioner or a diluted apple cider vinegar rinse to seal the hair cuticle after shampooing.

Instructions
