Ingredients

This Throat & Mouth Mist is made with:

• Marshmallow Root & Leaf - Althaea officinalis- contains mucilage which has shown to create a slippery coating to moisturize and protect delicate mucous membranes*
• Sage - Salvia officinalis- has antiseptic properties and an affinity for the throat*
• Peppermint - Mentha piperita- traditionally used for cooling inflamed tissues, as a decongestant, & for breaking up mucous*

Instructions

• Mist 1-3 sprays into affected area of mouth or throat 3-6 times per day or as needed.
• Try to wait 15-30 minutes before drinking anything.
• You can also opt to take 1-3 mL (approx 1/4-1/2tsp) directly into your mouth or in a sip of your favorite room temp drink for added lung & sinus support. 
• If taking 1-3mL by mouth, make sure to separate from other medications by 2-3 hours as marshmallow can slow absorption.
